Order Acceptance and Cancellation
When you receive an order confirmation email or message, it means we’ve received your order , but it doesn’t yet mean we’ve accepted or finalized it. We reserve the right to accept, adjust, or cancel orders at any time, even if your payment has already been processed. If we need to cancel an order after charging you, we’ll make sure to issue a prompt refund. Sometimes, we may need to adjust the quantity of an order without prior notice.
Once an order is placed, it can’t be canceled unless there’s a shipping delay. If that happens, we’ll do our best to accommodate a cancellation request. Please note, we sell directly to individual customers and are unable to process orders from dealers, exporters, or wholesalers who plan to resell our products.
We work hard to keep our site running smoothly, but in the rare case of technical issues, we can’t guarantee that every order will be processed or accepted. We appreciate your understanding!

Shipping Policy
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs and use trusted, premium carriers (e.g. UPS, FEDEX and USPS) to get your order to you safely. You can check the product page for specific delivery options available for each item. All deliveries are insured and protected against loss, theft, or damage. Shipping prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Please note, we do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders.
The shipping time shown on each product page may vary by item and depends on credit card approval. Sometimes, there might be slight delays if we have trouble getting payment authorization.
If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days, we’ll email you to let you know. For delays shorter than that, we’ll ship your product as soon as we receive it. If an item is on backorder for more than 30 business days, we’ll contact you to ask if you want to cancel the order. If we don’t hear back, we’ll keep the order active and follow up with updates every 5 business days until it’s shipped or canceled. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

We guarantee the safety of your credit card information in the following manner: if any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase on our site, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We both agree that any legal matters will be handled only in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. If you have a legal claim against us or our partners, you must bring it within one (1) year of when the issue happened, or you will lose the right to make the claim.
