Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products unless there is a proven issue.

Damaged Products
Should your order arrive damaged, please email info@413beauty.com within 7 days of delivery, including a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.​
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned package. If a customer refuses delivery and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.​
Incorrect Shipping Address
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is delivered accordingly, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. In such cases, the customer assumes responsibility for the missed delivery.
Should the package be returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.​
