Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to:

Update shipping addresses
Add or exchange products
Apply discounts, promotions, incentives, or loyalty points retroactively

Once submitted, orders are final and move quickly into processing

Standard shipping: USPS Ground
Orders process with in 5 business days
We do not ship internationally

Extended Shipping Times

Due to high order volume, new product launch events, holiday season, and special event/Black Friday sale orders will ship from our facility in 5-10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time the order is placed. If an incorrect shipping address is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be fixed and no refund will be issued. In the event that an address cannot be correct, the best course of action is to contact the carrier and request the ship to address to be changed.
