Shipping Policy

• Standard shipping: UPS Ground 2-5 business days, depending on your location. 

• Economy/Free Shipping: 3-8 business days, depending on your location.

• Order Process with in 1 - 2 days APO/Military can take take longer

• Outlying Islands: up to 30 business days, depending on location

• APO/Military: USPS Priority (no tracking available)

• We do not ship internationally

EXTENDED SHIPPING TIMES 

Due to high order volume, new product launch events, holiday season, and special event/Black Friday sale orders will ship from our facility in 5-10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

Incorrect address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time the order is placed. If an incorrect shipping address is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be fixed and no refund will be issued. In the event that an address cannot be correct, the best course of action is to contact the carrier and request the ship to address to be changed.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Your shipment may take between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.

Can I check my order status?

Yes, you will need to login to this website using the same email you placed your order with. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used to place your order.

 

Can I track my package?

Yes, TheDoux uses FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and OnTrac to deliver packages. If you have your tracking number, simply input your tracking number into the proper carrier services tracking.

How can I find my tracking number?

When your package ships, you will receive an email update with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email or have deleted it by mistake, you can login to this website and check your order status.
